Work included installing a Comp Cams camshaft, an MSD Digital 6AL ignition control unit and Blaster 2 coil, and a Summit Racing intake manifold and 600-cfm carburetor along with replacing the lifters, rocker arms, pushrods, thermostat, and spark plugs.
