1971 Oldsmobile 442

1971 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible. Restored. Matching #s.  The paintwork is in great condition. The convertible top (with a glass rear window) was replaced during the restoration and has rarely been lowered. It operates normally and there is a matching boot with the top. The windsheild has been replaced and the rest of the glass is original. all of the window seals have been replaced and appear in like-new condition and all of the exterior lights are in working order. The ivory interior was restored, along with the rest of car, lightly used condition. Seats were reupholstered and the carpet was replaced. New sound- deadening material was laid prior to the carpets installation.  The original AM/FM radio has been retrofitted with modern internal, including an auxiliary input discretely located in the glovebox and is used with upgraded speakers located in one-piece kick panels that looks like production vents. The car has power windows. It also has an original tilting steering wheel. This 442s 455-cubic-inch V8 engine is original to the car and has been rebuilt to the specifications of the optional W-30 package. Engine starts easily, without smoke.
