A multi-year refurbishment and modification process was subsequently commissioned and consisted of repainting the body in Golf Yellow, reupholstering the black vinyl interior, and overhauling the suspension, brakes, gauges, and exhaust system. Power is provided by a 2,130cc M10 inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes 13? wheels, Koni shocks and H&R springs, chrome bumpers, a sunroof, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio.
